David practises principally in the area of tax, and also maintains a more general commercial and equity practice. 

While he specialises in Australian tax law, David’s traditional Chancery practice acts in the areas of tax advice, tax appeals, companies, trusts, equity, insolvency, property and estates. He also appears and advises in corporate, commercial, professional negligence, and administrative law matters.
